Our TV did not work 90% of our stay, it would turn itself on and off, and in the middle of the night twice let out a screeching noise that woke us and our dogs up. The second day it froze, we unplugged and plugged it back in and it still wouldn’t work, just gave up. Cleanliness was questionable, tub had some hair in it. Amenities were ok, the ones that worked, pool area was freezing. Parking lot was an ice skating rink, however the car was right next to it, was completely clear, with no ice. The hotel needs a remodel and a lot of different repairs, could be fabulous if kept up.

The room was extremely dirty- toilet disgusting, microwave full of food, thick with dust everywhere and dresser falling apart. We also found underwear under our bed. When the heat turned on it smelled like cigarette smoke.

The hotel only had 9 of the 10 room reservations confirmed. The hotel placed the blame on Expedia for not sending the information. Not sure I believe that. I reserved a block of 8 rooms on itinerary 72070112518982 and 2 rooms under itinerary 72070112349757. Not sure how they arrived at the number 9. We presented the confirmation information, but it didn't matter. We ended up making an additional reservation for the missing room. The problem is the coach of our team isn't responsible for making payment, I am as the purchasing manager. Please ensure I am given a refund for the missing room I prepaid for. Thank you.

The wall was actually split, and about ready to lose a paper plate size area. The biscuits and gravy was very good, but there wasn’t any eggs of any kind to go along with it. Just not quite up to par with most of the Quality Inns I’ve stayed at. However, the bed was comfortable, and I got a good nights sleep, which is what was the most important thing to me.

It was okay, definitely dated but what do you expect in the UP. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Room was clean. I am pretty sure I heard a rodent in the bathroom wall. Tub diverter needs replaced only got half of the water to come out of the shower head. There is definitely long term occupants, but they were quiet and respectful. It was winter so it wasn’t busy at all.

The entire hotel is freezing. There are space heaters hanging in the hallways. I was charged by the hotel and Expedia because the hotel said they didn’t get paid enough. The pool area was 40 degrees and hot tub wasn’t even hot. The key cards never worked more than once. I hate leaving negative reviews but you should know before you book.

Waited over 15 minutes to have someone come to the counter to check in. Then, when the person got there, they fell asleep looking up tbe room! Room window had air leaks so bad, had to use the trash cans and some personal luggage to seal the curtain to try to keep the draft out to warm up the room. Otherwise, the highest temp was 62 degrees after 3 1/2 hours of warming. The tub drain would only drain if you held the drain open.
