Wonderful staff!
I called 6 hotels in the area I needed and the woman who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful that I decided to stay there. It was a great choice. All of the staff I interacted with (at least 6 people) were equally kind, friendly and helpful. If I return to Vleveland I will choose this hotel again.

The one night staff lady she was so rude towards a guest that was elderly and did not understand how to use a credit card. She was so inpatient with that gentleman and reference to that situation I will never stay at this Marriott again, the rest of the staff excellent.
