Very tired, old decor in need of repair/repainting in places. Some cleanliness issues (hair in the bath). Room dark. Did not use gym, but the leisure facilities were generally good. Seemed generally understaffed.

Room Aircon would not turn on but was somehow blowing cold air all night. I woke up at 3am and had to get dresses and get back into bed. Shower was ice cold then warm. Terrible place as I paid more than Premier Inn as it previoulsy was a Hilton. Obvioulsy not one now. Avoid at all costs. Told staff in the morning about issues with reply of "oh we are sorry". Great service!

Room is nice and clean, staff are friendly, service is 100%, food was delicious. Plenty parking. 4 star because the pool is still a bit to cold for my liking and the jacuzzi is still not working.
Starter Butternut soup was so nice and creamy.
Staryer Salt and pepper calamari, really good.
8oz sirloin steak done perfectly with a peppercorn sauce, I ate my mushroom before I took the picture. All really delicious 😋
Cheese cake was so fluffy and leaves you wanting more.

Check in was smooth and the staff friendly. Nice lounge/lobby area and the breakfast was lovely, with a good choice of food and veggie sausages made for us when we asked! The room needed a little tlc, but was clean. Their was no one at the health club reception when we went to use the pool and no towels. We had to ask at main recpetion. Also, when wanting to go for a swim again in the morning, childrens lessons were taking place and the area for guests to use was crowded, so we didnt go. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was closed for repair but there was a steam and sauna. Overall okay, but could do with some improvements.
