I wanted to share some feedback following my last two stays at Orida — the first on the previous Monday, and again last night.
During the first visit, the plug socket in the room wasn’t working, the iron leaked and damaged a shirt, and the thermostat wasn’t functioning. I had hoped this was just an isolated issue, but unfortunately, last night’s stay raised similar concerns. The bathroom was not clean, the sink was cracked (and clearly had been for some time), and there was visible mould on the walls.
It feels as though attention to detail and basic room standards are being overlooked. As someone working regularly at Vodafone HQ just up the road, I had been planning to stay 2–3 nights a week. However, based on these recent experiences, I’ll need to reconsider.
