Unprofessional and Useless
I booked this hotel 11/03/21. When we were meant to areive on the 15th April, we got a call saying “we’re sorry, we’re currently under refurbishment and have been closed for two months”. This left us without a place to stay for the night roughly 150 miles from home. When I called to ask if it was covid secure and suitable for non-emergency workers the owner said “uh, i dont know, i think so though”. This is the least professional place to visit, avoid at all costs
