I liked the room with the kitchenette and sitting area. Very spacious. But I was charged a $200 non refundable pet fee for deep cleaning. I was there for a dog show with a groomed,bathed dog. Monthly routinely treated for parasites,fleas and ticks. He was groomed everyday at the show. But my room had old coffee on the floor from previous guest and under the bed were balls of dust ( dust bunnies) that had not been removed in quite some time. I had no cleaning service since it is available only once a week. I always put waterproof covers on the bed, floor and under my dogs crate but he’s well behaved and I never leave him unattended. The desk clerks were great when I was checking in and they gave me a room that was in a perfect location. I think the cleaning fee was way too expensive since it’s clear the rooms don’t even get a regular thorough cleaning between guests.

Cleanest hotel I’ve been in, deserves a 5 stars, it’s safe, walkable and the city of Newnan is stunning. Definitely would come back.

I never stayed in an ever home before. My husband and I came there to be away from the hurricane. It was very accommodating and comfortable. Nice having suite so you could even cook if you wanted. Nice little shop to purchase items to cook and to snack on. Coffee is always complementary. My only complaint is it could’ve been a little bit cleaner. The floors needed to be mopped in the bathroom. Could’ve been a little cleaner, but I cleaned it up myself. So glad that they allowed my cat to be along as well. The cat had a blast. The staff was also very nice and kind. They gave us Dunkin’ Donuts one morning for breakfast no charge I would stay in and ever again for sure and highly recommend.

So many mixed emotions
New hotel and I appreciate its goal to offer long term stays for City of Hope. I liked the furniture and the mini store offerings. I was surprised to see an old school a/c unit but it operated better than the newer models. The bathroom was not very clean with mold and dirt from the prior guests. Otherwise, I could stay here again for location and comfy bed.

This hotel was very modern and up to date! Staff is very nice and friendly. A couple things they need to change is there is only one elevator for the whole hotel. Also only one luggage cart which made it hard with all the guests arriving.

Although I will agree the place is new it is dirty. The elevator had food smeared down the wall by buttons and crumbs all over the floor. Was not cleaned on my two day stay. My room had hair in the sink drain, dried blood and hair in the shower and a ring around the toilet. Just a shame the housekeeping is not being quality checked as it could be a nice place. It will quickly get run down if cared for like this.

For this to be a new place the floors in my room were horrible, we couldnt get the tv to let us cast the game then after the game couldnt watch anything other the guide so, that was disappointing (esp at game time)
