The Firehouse is conveniently located on Thames Street in the heart of historic Newport, Rhode Island. Our location is just steps away from Newport Harbor, world class shopping, fine dining, historical sites and so much more.
The Firehouse features six comfortable guest rooms. The main house features five spacious rooms each with en-suite bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and lounge area. A sixth studio style room, which is accessed by a private entrance on the side of the building. The studio features an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and sitting area with a flat screen television. All rooms feature a king size bed and come fully accessorized with plush linens along with luxurious soaps and shampoos. Off street parking for 6 vehicles is available as well.
This home is professionally managed and is part of the Vacation Newport portfolio of properties.
***Cancellation Policy***
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $400.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
