Clean and well maintained beyond expectations. This would be a 5 star if the elevator was not out of order. Building has a lot of stairs and I am disabled.

I thought this property was very clean. From the room to the lobby bathroom. Also loved the continental breakfast. Only 2 negatives. 1. NO ELEVATOR! We struggled going up the side steps to get in the building and then dragging our things up the flight of steps to second floor. It wasn’t fun dragging them back down when we left either. 2. The pillows had a musty smell. But really, the cleanliness of this hotel was fantastic!!

Updated and comfortable. Breakfast was average and had some choices of protein which was nice. It was only about 15 minutes from the mansions and Bowmans wharf. It was perfect for our weekend getaway.

Pleasant stay
We had an issue with the tub drain not holding, (wife prefers bath to shower). Called desk and they rectifed quickly, and even moved our luggage to a new room. Breakfast was nice. Overall a very pleasant stay. Not sure if we'll return to newport, but if we do we'd definitely stay here again.

Clean and updated affordable stay near newport
Always a great stay when doing our annual family reunion in Newport! It’s clean and updated. We normally stay in luxury hotels but this is an exception bc of how well run the property is and they allow pets!
