The staff were professional, polite, helpful and friendly. Our room had an ocean view. Complimentary breakfasts were made to order and delivered in a timely manner. Conveniently located between Westport and Achill Island. Parking can be limited at times, especially if there is a Sheep Show in the car park across the street.

Short Break

We had a fantastic stay at Nevins and will recommend here. Our room was spotless and very cosy. Great having a kettle for a cup of tea. Breakfast was delicious every morning as was the restaurant food each evening. Restaurant staff and bar staff were all very attentive and friendly. The bar always had a lovely fire glowing. Joanne and Genevieve were great singers and good fun on our first night. We will return again. Thank you. Tony & Cally

First, the restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Second, the staff is really very friendly and helpful. The room though was good but not great. It was a bit small, the sink was clogged and the TV remote didn’t work. All in all it was a good place to stop for a night on a western Ireland road trip and the food was top notch.

A great place

Would highly recommend Nevins Inn. When we checked in, the kitchen was about to close. They asked if we wanted anything to eat and they would keep the kitchen open for us so we could order. Great hospitality, great service and rooms were beautiful!

We flew into Dublin, drove to Nevins in around 3 hours and spent one night here to start our trip south on the Wild Atlantic Way. Lovely authentic Irish Inn with a great little restaurant and live music on some nights. We enjoyed meeting Bertie and Bella - the food service robots that are catlike and enjoy a tickle around the ears. The owners are on site and enjoy meeting the guests which is a treat. It's scenic with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with all amenities you would expect at this price point. Lots of parking across the road and a nice patio for dining when weather permits.
