Check-in was easy (information e-mailed prior to arrival), the room was clean and spacious, friendly interactions and delicious breakfast! Incredible deal, including a parking space as well!

Disappointing
The front was not appealing or handicap accessible. My husband had to help me up the stone steps. I'm an amputee and need the assistance of a railing when climbing stairs. Our room had no hot water. The bed was too hard but that's personal preference. The owners are not on-site and difficult to get hold of and would not have been able to fix our water situation remotely. The tv had limited channels. The choice for breakfast was eggs meat and toast. I was given a small sausage which I gave to my husband as i don't eat meat. Good coffee and juice. It was definitely not worth what we paid.

The place was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The checkin process was very smooth as we got codes for everthing in advance. It was 20-30 minitues to walk to the main attractions,which was nice.

Great value for Niagara
The host was amazing, cooking us breakfast each morning and cleaning our room when we requested. The house is very well kept and clean. The only drawback is that the bed we slept on was very stiff, and so I had a hard time sleeping. But I would definitely consider this place again for our next visit to Niagara

Great place to be able to visit Niagara Falls at a much more affordable price than the standard hotels in the area. Only complaint with this stay was that the location was a little bit farther from falls so there was some walking every day to get to where the bus could pick us up. Totally worth it though.

Very good choice
This Bed and Breakfast was a very good choice. They were very personable. The room was spacious with a bathroom. The breakfast was great and the attendants were fabulous. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Room was clean and breakfast was delicious. 20 minute walk to falls area. Lower level room was very noisy in the morning with overhead kitchen noise. No thermostat in room so it was cold.

I enjoyed my stay at Anna's. Very comfortable, quiet and breakfast was great. Best is it's away from the hustle and bustle of the falls but only a 15 minute walk there. Transit is outside the door and gets you anywhere you want to go.
