We stay here every year when we go on our girls trip! Its close to the falls and walking distance to everything we want to do. Its clean and we love the little outdoor pool.

I booked this two nights through Expedia. The first thing I noticed was a strong musty/moldy smell in the room. It had a window a/c unit that barely worked. I woke up coughing from the mold in the room. This place looked like it was built in the 60s.I contacted Expedia and The hotel and let them know I was highly disappointed with the moldy hot room and this bad experience and checked out at 9am after one nights stay.

Good: Perfect location for the Falls and Clifton hill. Comfortable beds but noisy. Good size mini fridge with a freezer. Ac works fine. Cold and hot water for showering. Bad: Horrible WiFi (signal lost everywhere in the room). Washroom window has a hole in the mesh. Found a bug on the bed. Water dripping from the ceiling of the bath tub. Found two spider webs in the room. No public account for Netflix or the other apps. No telephone service for calling front office.

Over all the place was less then mediocre! The bed sank in the middle and made for a terrible sleep. The residue left in the tub after running a bath was disgusting... Bathroom configuration was just plain weird and the overall finishings in the room looked like a 12 yr old did the handy work. This place needs to step up their cleaning. 2 stars may be a bit generous for this place

Great room for what we needed. Close to the main area. No carpets and had a sm fridge which peaked my interest. AC was awesome. Pool is small but does the trick. Kids liked it. Parking was $10/day. Chair and ashtray outside. Staff was amazing. Asked to have the floors washed as they were dirty and within 10 minutes, we had someone washing them. Such a convenient spot. Would definitely book again.

Hotel was nice, property was well taken care of, super clean. 2 min walk to Clifton Hill or shopping/restaurants on Victoria Ave. Loved everything about the motel just found the bed a little too firm for our liking.

Updated, and great location
Stayed here on a long weekend and the rates were decent. Would have been better and more reasonable if parking was included, since the hotels.com site and their website doesn't advise parking being extra. Besides that, check in was a little slow, but the rooms are mostly updated and quite comfortable. The location is amazing though, quite enough to not hear tons of people, but literally 2 minute walk to Clifton Hill.

This is in a great location walkable to Clifton hill! But far enough you don’t have lots of ppl or traffic! The rooms stayed nice and cool the tv worked good! Beds were comfy for hotel! Would def recommend and stay again! Also kept pretty clean!

$10 parking and really good air conditioning! We didn’t try the pool but we saw a little one. Room was as advertised and the property was nicer than we expected. Easy walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls.
