Our room is near the the elevator so you can hear the sound of it moving up and down and also the sound it make when stopping/opening for every floor. Even can hear other guests talking/door opening and kids crying. Not much sleep for the 2 days stayed. Also one reason I chose this place as I read the reviews foods pretty good but it's not. Go to the restaurant and eat your breakfast there instead.

The elevators constantly being out of order during our visit and the poor condition of the pool area were the worst of it. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool and couldn't go swimming. The pool was disgusting. It smelt terrible and had debris all over the floor and the water was cloudy and visibly dirty. Easy to get to Clifton Hill from the hotel but it was in a very sketchy area and we did not feel safe at night. Parking is a nightmare and we were thankful to get a spot. But again did not feel safe leaving it at the back in the nighttime. The place is surrounded by abandoned buildings. I would not recommend and I would never return. The price at just shy of $500. for a single night was not worth it at all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We stood 2 nights 3 days. First day a room was clean. But second day they didn’t clean room, nobody took garbage is room . Not change bathroom stafs. They put soup shampoo and others only first day for one time use

This was close to Niagara falls (walking distance) and close to restaurants, attractions and other amenities. the hotel staff was nice, and the place was decent. If you are looking for a simple, basic place this will work.

Staff was really friendly and the continental breakfast was much appreciated and had lots of variety to choose from! one of the better continental breakfasts ive experianced!! I would absolutely stay here again :) The only thing i disliked was that the parking lot was small and hard to find a parking spot? but we did end up finding a spot

I want to start by saying every staff member we encountered here was wonderful! Our problems mostly centered around the elevators constantly being out of order during our visit and the poor condition of the pool area. Easy to get to Clifton Hill from hotel and decent location, which was nice for the cost.

We loved our stay at the Comfort Hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. The pool was refreshing with shower to rinse off. Room service was very fast to fulfill wishes of new linens or towels. We had a super vacation! Thank you to the Comfort Hotel staff!
