Breakfast was poor. Ran out of coffee continuously because the containers were too small. Food was dried up & tasted like it was under warmer all day. Didn't sleep well due to mattress. Bottle of conditioner was empty in shower. Hard time time understanding person behind front desk.

Reception was very nice, we were early and not only they accommodated but gave us upgraded rooms. Overall, it was an excellent location, close to most of the attractions and very nice team at reception. Breakfast was very good and have something for everyone.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast. I would have liked boiled eggs, but that's a personal thing. The staff at the front desk and breakfast were all very friendly and welcoming. We stayed 2 nights and did not receive any room cleaning. I'm not sure what the policy is. It may not include daily service. It wasn't a big deal for us, but may not be an issue for some. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed 2 nights visiting Niagra on the Canadian side.

Attractive location with ample dining options around. Neat & clean room, comfortable beds but AC was quite noisy. Breakfast buffet with a good variety was awesome. Overall a satisfying experience.

Had a great experience. Bug free and clean. Temp controlled rooms with a thermostat. Room was a little on the small size but very adequate for our needs! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful! About 15 min walk down to the falls and close to a WeGo bus stop! Yummy surrounding restaurants! Highly recommend staying here 🙂
