They were doing renovations until about midnight. Very loud banging and drilling noises. Staff seemed unaware about it. There was mold in the bathroom starting and some walls had unfinished paint.

This place was great! I was in town for an event at the convention centre and this place was down the street. It's an older style motel and I wasn't sure what to expect, but my room was VERY spacious and clean. I appreciated that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, and it's walking distance to the Falls, the casino and restaurants. The free breakfast was also pretty good! They had coffee and teas, pancakes, toast, cereals, yogurts, fruits and mini muffins. Just enough to get you going for the day. For the price you can't go wrong. I'd stay here again.

Our check-in went very smoothly. We thought the continental breakfast was more than adequate. We had to check out a day early and received a refund quickly. There were chairs outside of each room. Unfortunately, a group of guests decided to gather near our room to smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol. There were pretty noisy until well after midnight. I think the night staff should have intervened since it was late at night. Over all, we enjoyed our stay.

My niagara falls marathon trip
Was great all around.. start to finish. Very smooth and accomodating. Close to many things in the area for dining especially the falls. Was peaceful and all.

I think it is terrible that I had to pay extra ($20 per night) to park at the Inn. Where else are expecting to park, except for where you've booked your stay? Overall my room was clean, but upon my arrival the bathtub and bathroom floors were full of hair and dirty - that is one of the grossest things to encounter. They should consider creating a different space for where "breakfast" is served. For the size of the property, and how many guests there are at capacity (which it was on this weekend) the eating space is EXTREMELY small. No bigger than 14x10'. I guess you can take it back to your room?? Has great potential, but I personally will not be a repeat customer.

Services vs low price
The room was not in a good condition, expecially the bathroom. Not a lot of choice for the breakfast and it's in a little room, not enough place for everybody. But these points are in line with the price (very low for the location)
