The hotel lobby is newly renovated, beautifully infinity pool for adults and children. However the location is away from all the main entertainment of Clifton Hill. Not much happening in the area for families with children.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The lobby is all smoke and mirrors - the lobby is a complete opposite of the filthy, poor functioning rooms. PS, don’t get swindled by their parking attendants telling you the only parking is 2 blocks away. There’s a parking lot right across from the hotel for half the price.

I went there on my birthday. We had plan to stay for a night but we really liked this property so there we decided to extend our stay for one more day. The best part was we had to change the room for second day but we asked from manager and he helped us to get that similar room. The room I got was on 41st floor with Fallsview, it was actually looking like a heaven.

Our “View of the Falls” room was a tiny window looking into another hotel tower, and to the left, was a small view of the Horseshoe Falls. The bed was uncomfortable, and my husband & I both woke up with backaches. The a/c was loud, which made my husband’s tinnitus flare up. I would not stay here again. On the upside, the staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel was OK the restaurants inside the tower OK the parking for the hotel sucks as if you don’t get there early enough you have to park off site and offsite parking is way far away and they charge way too much for it
