The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property is run down. The first room we were put it had a toilet seat that was disgusting and peeling. They put us in a different room, much better. Woke up and there was a massive bug on the wall. It was a bit off putting. Won’t be staying at this hotel anymore.

Nothing fancy; it served its prupose
We were a little surprised at the condition of the front lobby when we checked-in - not nearly as nice as the pictures. The room we were first assigned was in the main hallway right beside the door to the parking lot. Better suited as a utility room based on location than a hotel room. We asked to switch rooms, which they did. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but a little dated. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to sleep after a concert.

Super disappointed in this hotel, I booked it for my parents anniversary and they were not happy. The hotel was dirty and the customer service was horrible. The room they got Was dirty and had broken furniture, the floor had scratches all over it, and the bathroom had mold.

The hotel is situated right in the center of everything. It’s a five minute walk to the falls. It’s a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hills, which was so much fun. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The room was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. Definitely will stay there next time I go to Niagara Falls.

Unfortunately we were put on the 1st floor facing back alley where there was a lot of early morning delivery trucks and very close to main doors with paper thin walls so you heard people voices and rolling suit cases. No view of falls or city lights. I will probably never stay here again as there was many better choices around us.

Walking distance to niagara fall and many food choices around the walking distance. However, noticed that bedsheet was not changed during house keeping as the same stain was seen. Toilet was not clean well either.
