First of all, a lot of things that need fixing. One elevator was broke and so was the ice machine. Had a $65 breakfast at iHop and that was after the coupon (there was 2 of us). That breakfast took us 1.5 hours because of terrible service. Our biggest complaint was the in room jacuzzi. It couldn’t have worked if we wanted to use it- there was no drain plug so nothing to stop the water. And the faucets on that tub dripped all night. Hard to sleep. We even put towels in the tub and that helped until the towels got too wet. When we told the front desk, they said “sorry for the inconvenience. You owe us $29 for parking”.. There's too many hotels to choose from in Niagara Falls to want to go back here again.

Worst property. All the amenities and furniture are old and dirty. 2 times they took payments. It’s not mentioned in Expedia . I request to Expedia to call me at the earliest.

We had an issue with our room and the smell of smoke. What was incredible and wonderful was the night manager that fixed the problem. She ensured we were happy and in a room that was fresh and clean. All hotels have issues, it is how the get resolved that matters!

There were bugs in the bathroom. Wall paper was peeling off the walls around the window so obvious moisture issues not being addressed. Water temperature was terrible to adjust. I don't think I'll be staying again considering all the other options available in the area at simular pricing

Great weekend stay so close walking to clifton or falls. Clean and comfy. Only minor thing was unaware no bar fridge in room you have to rent them once there and they bring to you. No biggie but ideal with snacks and drinks and know for future of added costs.
