This was by far the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever had. It was the most inconvenient trip ever. This was a Christmas gift for our children and it was absolutely terrible!! The amount of issues we had is completely out of this world. We have picture proof of alot of it and we will be continuing to escalate this until we are compinsated for this joke of a trip. I dont care what it takes, this was completely outrageous and the owner of this hotel should be utterly ashamed that he/she allows this. At this point it would be easier to just compensate our trip because we will not stop and we will never ever stay in a windham chain again! Even the staff members who work here were embarrassed by how our trip went.

Everything about this Hotel is money. Whether you go to the gym or take the kids for games, you have to pay money. On top You have to pay $20 tax for parking with no breakfast included. Don’t ruin your trip.

My only suggestion would be that the Ramada be upfront about their parking. You think you're getting a great rate for a hotel but when you check in you learn there's a $25/day parking fee.

The parking lot was a skating rink the rooms were dim and musty the bed had holes and the bed skirt had stains no fitted sheet on the bed the bathroom wall plug was half melted and burnt. 1/10 unsafe and gross
