Terrible Experience at Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview, and it was a complete nightmare. The room was disgusting—sticky telephone, an extremely dusty TV, a broken carpet that caused my son to trip, and bed sheets with black spots. The lights were broken, and the AC kept tripping the fuse, making the stay unbearable. I immediately asked for a cancellation after checking in, but they refused and said there would be a cancellation fee. They only allowed me to switch to another room, which turned out to be just as dirty. No resolution at all. I can't believe this place still holds a 4-star rating. This will be my last stay here. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs!

In the lobby and going towards the elevator, the carpet was very loose and it was very hard to pull our suitcases through. Then one of the elevators were out have commission which made it very long to wait for an elevator that didn’t have a lot of people on it. There were only two elevators. The bathroom wall by the toilet had wall paper that was coming off the wall and made it very obvious. There is no fridge or microwave which I thought there was. Overall, the staff was great. They give you a $15 coupon per table at the IHOP restaurant which was attached to The hotel, but it’s very expensive. I would suggest going to the restaurant across the street. It was all you can eat breakfast for $12.99. I think it would be wise to update or upgrade all the suites as it looks like still from the 1970s.

It was close to the main attractions at Niagara Falls Parks. Housekeeping needs improvement as it is available from 9 am to 4 pm only. The hotel should display this information at the front desk. The front desk staff should be more knowledgable e.g. traansportation to the airport. No drinking water was available in the room except carbonated water priced at CAD 3.50. Don't understand this as drinking water is essetial. I Hop restaurant breakfast was good.

The room had no refrigerator which is a now current accommodation, elevator did not work, had to personally clean vents on heating/air conditioning (laden with debris), staff did not clean/vacuum residue debris on rug while we were out, shower did not work (had to fix it w Swiss army knife). and was kept awake with screaming kids. Although the place had many vacant rooms during our stay, they decided to mix the family guest next to senior guests. Keep the famiies together.
