Overall what I expected as facilities, but... I had trouble checking late at 23:30 (no staff) as it was automated machine, which was asking me for my reservation code. The problem was that the Expedia confirmation did not contain this code (just some other Expedia codes), and the code I needed had arrived in a separate message directly from the B&B hotel (in French). It was spammed, and took me about an hour before I could realize that, find it and get to my room. In the meantime, they had an "assistance box" next to the machine, which I tried using, but it was calling their offices in Paris, and couldn't get through for 40 minutes (connected several times, then the operator told me to "hold on" and disconnected). Bottom line - the concept of an automated hotel is nice, but they still need a proper customer service.
