This is a very good hotel for foreign travelers. The staff is very friendly, multi-lingual, and very helpful. The hotel location is great…very short walk to the tram so extremely convenient without the noise of a primary roadway. Many dining options nearby and the open market is available every day except Monday. Supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk. We will stay at Hotel Parisien again!

Very good value for the money, excellent breakfast with fresh croissant, excellent customer service. Adel accommodated our stay and stowed our luggage until our next train arrived. Highly recommended. If you are arriving from the Nice Ville train station, be sure to take the tunnel to the hotel. Otherwise, you will walk all the way around a few blocks.

Great location, close to the train station, very clean and the staff were so helpful! We were able to walk everywhere. It was a bit noisy but we were jet lagged so were super sensitive to noise as we tried to sleep. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again!

Pros The service was very good! They recommend good restaurants. The location is perfect Cons The bathtub is soo small it was struggle to get in and out . The wifi was soo horrible 😫 I couldn’t watch any video. There is no elevator/lift so be ready for that .

Very good location. Easy walk from the train station with tram lines nearby. While the immediate neighborhood doesn't seem great, it was only 2 blocks to get the the main shopping street with the tram line. From there it is 3 tram stops or 15 minute walk to get you 1 block from the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room safe was broken and no mini fridge. Smallest hotel bathroom I have ever sceen. The shower was so small I kept accidentally hitting the faucet turning the temperature up to scalding. Room was cramped for 3 people. Overall I thought it was expensive for what you got.

A nice stay in NICE!!
Hôtel Parisien So French! Loved our stay. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk straight to the large Nice Ville Train Station using the street right in front of the hotel and a tunnel to keep you out of rain it geat! Two blocks to the Tram which takes you all the way to Old Town. You are also in the middle of amazing restaurants and cafes of the Gambetta District. Perfect! We were greeted by the nicest man. We were late and exhausted from a travel day from hell as the French train system decided to go on strike leaving us stranded in Italy. Four buses and a tram got us here four hours after we should have arrived. Check-in was easy though and we got our room quickly. Great room. #26 Extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable and linens were nice. We had a window which opened that looked out onto the street below. Loved hearing the sounds but then also complete silence when the window closed. Bathroom was nice. Large round shower with soaps and cotton towels. Safe, secure and vibrant neighborhood. We will always plan on a stay at Hotel Parisien when we pass through Nice!

The staff were quite nice. We did not like the bathroom - there was a lot of noticeable mold, and it smelled as though they used a lot of cleanser to try & hide it; the towels were plentiful, but didn't feel as though they'd been thoroughly rinsed of product; the shower doors did not quite close all the way; and we had to sit sideways on the toilet because there was no room for our knees otherwise.

A great value, but skip the breakfast.
This hotel is a great value and a very short walk to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet, with a great restaurant close by (L’Instant). The staff is not particularly fluent in English. Skip the breakfast - truly the worst coffee in 2 weeks. The shower is a good size and the bed is comfortable. Very clean.
