The staff is not knowledgeable about the surrounding restaurants, besides they have an attitude which is not necessary. Lastly they don't clean your room unless you stay 7 days or more. In general terrible staff.

Warm Welcome

The air conditioning was amazing! Coming from Milan I struggled to find a room that got below 27 degrees Celsius. The room here got to 19 degrees Celsius, which made it comfortable to sleep. The front desk employees were really helpful and catered to my native language of English. 10/10 would recommend and when I’m back in Nice, this is where I will stay:

Very hard to locate- desk clerk was rude and VERY unhelpful- we were from US and travelled took 30 min to find property - thank goodness we had a good UBER driver and he was worried about dropping us off. We ask about the desk clerk about fiid- EAT- he said nothing- we found it close to hotel- so we brought back flyers from restaurant so other guest did not have to experience what we did I!

It is a long stay hotel. They do not clean your room unless you pay extra. This was not on the booking page. No extra toilet paper provided you have to buy your own if it runs out. You also have to bring down hour trash upon check out. Too expensive for what they offer. It was not told beforehand so you dont know until you get there.

The property is amazing, I was in the room 717 bc I ask for this accommodating, higly recommended, close to the airport but tou dont hear anything, close to the tren that you can explore the French Riviera, the treatment was 100% , the anabilitu, the smiles, helping 100, even housekeeping fadt and clean , clerck s are helpfu, , amazing, awesome experience, you deserve it, booking what do you wait for, ???

The place it is a long term renting place , is it not a normal hotel. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional.The room it is cleaned weekly so if you go for 3 days or 5 days you wont have housekeeping done. When we asked for fresh towels they said it is extra 2 euro. Hotels.com compensated us for inconvenience but that didnt change the way the hotel staff dealt with us.We had to go and ask for garbage bags to take out the garbage , to ask for coffee pr soap because they will not give it automatically , so we went and buy from the grocery store. Never again at that property .

Most of the staff was friendly and courteous, yet a couple of the cleaning staff were quite unfriendly. When I wanted to hand them my trash bag, they barely looked at me and picked up their phone for a personal call. The friendliness of the rest of the staff, made up for it.
