Underwhelming Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, found it disappointing. The rooms are quite small, and upgrading to a “superior” room doesn’t add much value—sticking with a standard room is likely a better choice. The hotel feels outdated and lacks modern amenities. I booked a queen bed but received two twin beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable due to the gap in the middle. Despite being marketed as a luxury stay, it falls short of that promise. The hotel’s best features are its convenient location near the city center and the beach. However, aside from these benefits, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The Westminster hotel is perfectly located for dinning, shopping and access to the beach and promenade. We were impressed how quiet the room was, e.g. we did not hear noise from neighboring rooms and from the corridor. Breakfast has a decent choice of food. Parking is easy with the nearby public parking place Massena. Staff was always willing to provide assistance. We would definitely consider going back to this establishment.
