Good vibes, great pool
The pool and grounds are gorgeous. Nice staff. Patio with insane view of Etna. Right at the end of the Corso Umberto, so you are really close to all the restaurants and shops, but it’s quieter at this hotel.

We stayed 6 nights in August . It is a very elegant historical building and the proximity to the city center is great . The breakfast was delicious , and the staff are so accommodating . The pool area is gorgeous overlooking Mt Etna The hotel location is the best

The pool is great for when midday is too hot to explore the city. Dining, pool, and housekeeping staff are kind, though front desk/receptionist not so much. There was a wedding reception one of the nights during our stay and since our room was just above the banquet hall, it was a bit noisy. The tub/shower configuration isn't ideal and leads to very wet floors but is manageable. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

This was our tenth visit to this lovely hotel. We love it here and the rooms are lovely and comfortable and the staff are delightful. Nothing is too muich trouble. The pool is fantastic We will be back! :-)

We love coming back to this hotel every time we come to Sicily. The service is outstanding, the rooms excellent, the poo amazing. All the staff are also wonderful to me and my children. Looking forward to next years trip already

The property is tired however the location is excellent. We dined at the hotel and the service and food was excellent. Our waiter Ivan was professional and attentive and certainly made our dining experience memorable.

A grand hotel in a great location. Interior slightly sparse and dated but clean and mostly functional. Only meaningful complaint is WiFi in the rooms is non-existant - works fine in the lobby, but not at all in the room. Very inconvenient. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The lower gardens are beautiful, well-maintained, have spectacular views and relaxing - absolutely do not miss them!

Classical elegance and charming. Beautiful views. Lovely staff. The bed was extremely comfortable with high quality bedding. Shower was fantastic. Will eagerly return.

Good location
It was a good location but hard to get to in a car. Some advance notice about where to park to check in would have been helpful. The room felt a bit dated and had no where to plug anything in.
