Above and Beyond Service
The staff goes really out of their way for their guests. We missed the last shuttle of the day from the train station to the hotel. We decided to walk, since we also missed the last bus. When we were walking, a van pulls over to the side of the road: it was the shuttle, which was sent out to get us, without us even asking! The amount and quality of the food served is incredible! Plenty of variety, with everything plated and served by incredibly polite and attentive staff.

Fantastic dinner and atmosphere. Friendly communcation with the staff. The outdoor ONSEN bath wasn't working properly that's the only issue I had.

It was a very exciting experience for my family. Staffs were welcoming , food was impressive . It has shuttles to/from Tobu Nikko/JR Nikko and could drop you off to Toshogu in the morning . If you have Nikko pass, you will be fine without rental car.

朝食付きとあったので、予約したつもりが素泊まりでした。素泊まりでこの料金なら他を選んでました。売店は無くお土産が少しフロント前にあるだけ。自動販売機は2台ありました。タオル類は若干カビ臭かった。料金的にも二度と宿泊する事はありません。スタッフの気配りも全くありませんでした。

とにかく寒かった。
ご飯が美味しく、部屋は広く清潔で快適、スタッフの方は親切でした。しかし、レストラン以外の館内がとにかく寒く、大浴場には生きた蜂や死んだ蛾が浮いていて、不快でした。

設備は少し古くなっている箇所もありましたが、清潔で全く気になりませんでした。 緑に囲まれた静かな環境で露天風呂から見上げる青空と緑がとても気持ち良かったです。 水質は透明で湯の花が漂っていて、アメニティが充実していました。 夕食は食べていないため評価できませんが、朝食は味もボリュームも満足できました。
