Nimes charming apartment
This apartment is well-located in the Historic Centre of Nimes, and the host is very knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. Martin was extremely helpful with our efforts during our month-long stay as we were making long-term plans to stay in Nimes. The apartment has been updated and is well furnished including the kitchen. It's close to public transportation stops for when you want to venture further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at this VRBO and are happy to have met Martin.

Very comfortable flat in a great location
We had a fantastic 5 five day stay in Nimes and this was a great base. 15 minutes walk from the rail station and everything we wanted to see within an easy walk. The flat is comfortable and well equipped. Very close to some great places to eat, but also has what you need to make meal. Spacious enough for two. Our host, Martin, provided a great welcome and was available for any queries. Would certainly recommend.

1 Week Stay in Nimes
As background, I travelled to Nimes alone for the purpose of seeing the various Roman artifacts, ruins, and intact structures. I have interest in the Roman Empire and Nimes did not disappoint. I really enjoyed staying at this property. I would say it is just right for 1 person or a couple who would be spending most of their time outside. I did not need the bed in the small living area so I can't attest to that, one way or the other. The kitchen and bathroom appear to be quite new. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and it was quite easy to prepare a meal, which I did for breakfast and a dinner or two. The bathroom is also new, large, comfortable and the water was hot. The bedroom was large and mattress was firm. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and it did the job. Note that when I was there temperatures outside where around 75F during the day. I never watched the television so I can't comment on that. For me, the best intrinsic characteristic of this property is it's location. It is situated a short way down a small alley, which is off a one-way street, mostly pedestrian. When you exit the alley you will literally run into 2 small, pleasant restaurants, Turning left you will send you to a main street with restaurants to your left and right (L'Accent Bistrot on the right corner is outstanding). Turning right will send you on a wonderful winding walk through the Old Town with many stunning sites to see.

Good apartment and well equipped. Great location in the historic centre with some great little restaurants , cafes and shops very nearby, the historic monuments and parks all very accessible. And a really good indoor market for excellent regional produce across the whole range of foods/produce. Stairs are a bit difficult as we have limited mobility, but the concierge, Martin , was very helpful. Would recommend it to both family and friends. David and Geraldine

Superbly located apartment in Nimes
We wanted to visit Nimes for the historic start in France of La Vuelta a Espana. We found this apartment which was located in the area we wanted. After booking, the owner Martin contacted us immediately to confirm all was ok. We agreed to meet at the property around 10.30 - 11.00 am directly after our arrival in Nimes. Martin showed us around the property and left us with the keys. He had already given us his mobile number in case we wanted to contact him. The property is suitable for a couple and perhaps two older children. It is very clean comfortable and well equipped. It is within easy waking distance to all the main sites, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. We found the location to be very central and was easy to return to several times a day for refreshment and a rest! Thank you Martin.

Excellente localisation, au calme, même si la ruelle peut faire un peu gloque, elle a l'avantage d'être au calme en plein centre. Le gros point fort de l'appartement est sa localisation, qui permet de profiter pleinement du centre ville à pied. Un hebergeur au top pour les renseignements et la réactivité pour repondre aux demandes.

Très chouette appartement dans un très chouette quartier !
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce joli appartement bien agencé, très calme et très propre. La literie est de bonne qualité, la chambre et la salle de bain de bonne taille. Son emplacement est particulièrement appréciable, à deux pas des Halles et de nombreux restaurants. On peut également facilement rejoindre la gare à pied, en passant - excusez du peu - par la Maison Carrée et les Arènes. Si l'occasion se présente, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Appartement conforme aux photos en ce qui concerne l'intérieur ainsi que l'emplacement dans la ville qui est parfait pour tout visiter à pied. Quelques points "négatifs", l'été il est impossible d'ouvrir complètement la fenêtre de la chambre car celle-ci donne directement (les gens peuvent entrer par la fenêtre s'ils le souhaitent) sur une "terrasse" des voisins derrière, et si vous tombez un soir où ils font une soirée, bon courage pour dormir. Quant à la fenêtre du salon dommage qu'il ne soit pas précisé que le logement se situe dans une petite ruelle de 2m de large, vous avez donc une vue sur un mur ce qui rend l'appartement sombre. En cette période de COVID c'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas à disposition des produits désinfectants et tout le nécessaire pour faire correctement le ménage.

Deux pièces très confortable dans le centre historique
L appartement a été rénové à neuf, il y a tout le confort pour un couple et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Il est très bien situé à deux pas de la Maison Carrée et donc à 15 minutes à pied de la gare sncf / routière. Il est assez sombre car la cuisine donne sur une ruelle très étroite . La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur la terrasse d’un autre appartement. On peut donc faire courant d’air. Mais si les voisins sont sur cette terrasse tard il faut fermer la fenêtre ( double vitrage performant ) si on a le sommeil léger. Nous reviendrons.

Appartement très bien placé ; arrêt de bus juste à côté ; gare à 15 - 20 mn à pied ; magasin le franprix ouvert le dimanche toute la journée très pratique quand on arrive en vacances ; Seul bémol : le voisinage est un peu bruyant surtout vers les 2 - 3 h du matin ... Et pas de grasse matinée à prévoir : le nettoyage des rues à 8h du matin...

Très bien situé en plein centre-ville quasiment au pied de La Maison Carrée idéal pour un couple. Appartement refait à neuf dans une ruelle sans vis-à-vis mais sans vue. Places de parking un peu difficiles à trouver mais gratuites à environ 5 à 10 minutes à pied hors de la vieille ville. Commerces et restaurants au pied de l'appartement
