Villa Nin is located in the small town of the same name, Nin, which is located on an island in a shallow lagoon that is connected to the mainland by two bridges. Upstairs there are 4 modern bedrooms with TV, each of them has a bathroom with a spacious shower, and each room has a fan. You will also find all the necessary things in them: hair dryer, towels, hand soap... On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a large sofa from which you can enjoy a TV program or a view of the beautiful Adriatic. The couch can also serve as an additional bed for two people. The living room is connected to the dining room where you can taste the dishes prepared in the elegant and minimalist kitchen. There is air conditioning in the living room and dining room. The kitchen contains all the necessary household appliances, with which you can also drink coffee in the morning on the outdoor terrace or chill your favourite wine in the evening.

The large terrace offers a view of the sea and green surroundings that will surely delight you. The villa is completely fenced and guarantees you complete privacy. You will find refreshment from the summer heat in the beautiful heated swimming pool, and after swimming you can relax and sunbathe on the comfortable sunbeds (8). Entertainment will be guaranteed by grilling on the outdoor electric grill, table tennis, badminton, PlayStation and Nintendo Wii. If you are a sporty type, you will enjoy playing on the football and basketball courts, fitness or cycling.
