We rent our apartment with spacious living-dining area and a large sun terrace with sea views.
The fully fenced garden with barbecue is only for use.
The sea is just a minute's walk away. In the summer season, many small taverns and bars by the sea invite you to linger. Various restaurants are located in the vicinity, a small market is about 100 meters away. The romantic town of Nin with its historic old town on a small island is only 4 km away. If you want to enjoy the nightlife, you can do so on the neighboring peninsula Vir (4 km). An even wider selection of clubs, discos and bars can be found in southern Zadar (14 km).
The sandy beach Kraljicina, also known as the Queen's Beach, is 3 km long. The low water depth makes it an ideal holiday destination for families with children.
Do not be alarmed if you meet people smeared with black mud on the beach. Directly behind the beach in the shallow bay Peloid is the famous mud bath bay, which is supposed to provide relief as a remedy for skin diseases, rheumatism, osteoarthritis and some other complaints.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Sabunike. Ortschaft hat uns sehr gefallen. Strand ist nicht überfüllt. Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles da, was man benötigt. Danke nochmals an Paulo für die leckeren Feigen.

Ideal für Mensch und Hund
Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Gruppe von Villen. Es gibt Kinderspielplätze und Stellplätze. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich, nett und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, komfortabel und sauber. Es gibt einen Grill im Garten und Nachtbeleuchtung und für unsere 2 kleine Hunde herrlich zum herumtoben. Unsere 4-köpfige Familie (ich, Chinesin, ein deutscher Ehemann, ein Zwergschnauzer und ein Chihuahua) verbrachten hier 8 Nächte. Es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum, eine Bäckerei, eine Wechselstube und einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr angenehm ist die "Golden Beach" auch für die Hunde, die 4 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte und angenehme Zeit hier mit sehr angenehmen und aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Werden beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Super Strandlage und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
Die Strandnähe ist super. Das Appartement sauber und gemütlich. Für Hunde ist ein eingezäunter Garten und 2 Minuten Fußmarsch ein kleiner Park entfernt. Dort befindet sich ein großer eingezäunter Spielplatz , eine Bocciabahn und ein Hüpfepark, ein nettes Café und Restaurants sind ebenfalls 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Strand ist weitestgehend sauber. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen, wobei es auch Abschnitte ohne Steine gibt. Zadar ist circa 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die wunderschöne Altstadt mit den Märkten sind ein weiteres Highlight. Schiffstouren können dort ebenfalls gebucht werden. Für Familien mit Hund ist der Standort des Appartements absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder . Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer super Lage. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hunden dort. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat super geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Alles super das Objekt war toll. alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Die Vermieter sind extra angereist um uns persönlich in Empfang zu nehmen. Wir sind mit drei Hunden angereist und jeder Wunsch wurde uns von Seiten der Vermieter erfüllt. können wir immer wieder weiterempfehlen. Garten mit abgeschlossenem Grundstück so dass die Hunde immer frei laufen könnten. Sehr zu empfehlen würden wir immer wieder machen.
