The breakfast was excellent. Parking was a bit challenging due to the construction that was going on. There was also no security rail on the top bunk bed. This is very unsafe. My friend almost fell off.

Friendly front desk staff and clean hotel. My room was directly across from laundry room and there was construction outside plus the disco went until 2am- very, very noisy. The shower sprayed everywhere leaving the bathroom a swamp.

Good breakfast, clean room. Hot water very pungent. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No hand towels. They are adding a huge addition (under construction). was not mentioned. We still enjoyed our stay.

Such a fun hotel! We stayed in one of the cottages. Food at the restaurant on site was great. Beautiful view of the marina and water. Only complaint was the TV didn’t really work.

Fun themed hotel. Note: the room had 5 twin beds, no full. May have been a misread on my part but thought there were 3 twins and a full. No biggie, me and my husband stayed in the bunkbeds for fun :) Also a nice breakfast in the morning was included.

It was a nice place to stay for our family of five, including 3 teen/young adults. We were in a cottage that accommodated us nicely. It was so quaint and the Viking theme style was impressive! The breakfast that was included was very nicely done. It was great for the value also!!

Good option for 1st or last day of vacation. 30 min to airport. Fly Bus location right outside the front door. Restaurants including a Subway and grocery store within. 5 min walk. Would not be convenient to tours, etc if staying in Reykjavik your entire time. SMALL rooms & bathrooms. Smaller than a cruise ship cabin. Again good for a 1 nt option. Too small otherwise. Bed was not comfortable. There was a metal bar in the middle so you didn’t sleep next to your partner. I thought the rooms would have Viking decor, but they did not. Very simple/ plain. Reminded me of dorm rooms. Free pkg. Walk/ jog trail along the harbor just outside the front door. “Fair” price based on Iceland standards. Especially considering breakfast is included. Viking Restaurant with the hotel. Very popular. Usually have nightly entertainment. Outdoor seating facing the water if weather permits. For $100 they have a Viking feast containing many of the typical Icelandic foods like shark, lamb etc.
