The staff was very helpful and nice! Oley(sp?) was always willing to give us tourist type pointers and hints. The breakfast was great! There was someone there monitoring the food to make sure it was fresh. It was a typical European breakfast with a waffle maker. 😊 The Hot tub is the same sulfur water that all the spas charge you for. And my husband loved the sauna. The Viking theme was extra fun.

Great place, especially for the kids to experience. The breakfast was amazing. For dinner, we ate the hotel and the food was delicious. The ONLY complaint is the key to get in/out of the unit. It's different. And at 10pm at night, after driving in the blizzard for 4 hours, was difficult to figure out. The staff was there to help!!

Just what we needed, great location

They were very accommodating and allowed an early check in after lunchtime because we got in very early. Very nice staff that was helpful with any questions or needs.

We booked the cottage during our stay and it felt so warm and cozy. There's a restaurant across the street and their food was great. We ordered the Viking dinner and liked everything especially the seafood soup. The bathroom was very clean. My friend just had a little difficulty coming up and down the stairs of the cottage because it was steep and narrow. But overall, we recommend it to other groups of friends who love to travel

The staff is friendly but the property is in disrepair and needs a serious upgrade. The room we had was cramped and we could hear every sound from the nearby rooms and outside. The breakfast buffet was very expensive and not good.
