Excellent hotel! Every little thing in the hotel to all amenities are truly class apart! Food was excellent at 2 of the restaurants we tried. Spa facilities are world class. Location is very close to diplomatic enclave and only 20 minutes to airport (T2). Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel with great service and dining options. It's what you'd expect out of a five star hotel. Normally you have to be careful with food in India but not at Leela Palace. Everything was top notch.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, and some of the best service you'll find anywhere. Located in a relatively calm part of New Delhi, in the diplomatic area, which was a nice reprieve. Masala chai in the morning was out of this world good. Highly recommend!

Room stank of smoke all night. AC didn’t work. Mattress is lumpy and stained. Wine option in Club that you pay extra for is very very basic and unpleasant. Staff are all very lively and helpful though Don’t believe the 5* reviews!

Very very nice and wonderful hotel. Loved this place and the staff was very nice, very service oriented. The pool was a little cold but gorgeous for early morning and afternoon swims! The upper level serivce and accommodation was the best and highly recommended.

Not as great as one would expect. Requests not always met. Service slow. Doesn’t really live up to being the best hotel in the city. Management tried to “help”, but I don’t feel that the overall feedback was met as it should have been. Plus, no overall compensation provided from errors they made.
