The property is laid out in a way to accommodate upto 14 guests comfortably all year round and has a private access to Lac Blanc.
The 2 level family home features cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen with an open concept dining & living room. On the main floor you will also find 2 master bedrooms with their private balcony as well the first full bathroom and 3rd bedroom.
The lower level of the property is a where the property will amaze you! Aside from the additional 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and 2nd living room, the key selling point is the large game room! The area is designed to entertain your guests to the fullest - rain or shine! Board games, foosball table, basketball arcade game, and even a set of poker chips for adults!
Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.
Make yourself at home—the entire apartment is yours to enjoy.
The chalet is set up for self-check in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival.
Only people registered on the reservation have access to the chalet,and its facilities. No guest will be tolerated unless they have paid their daily user fee (Price per person / per day)
In the summer months enjoy multiple activities such as fishing, kayaking, VTT trail, cycling and more! The property offers 3 kayaks for guest’s use as well as a pedal boat. Golf lover? We have something for you as well - the property is located just 10 mins drive from the Nominingue Golf Club.
In winter the property offers even more! From cross-country skiing to ice fishing, this beautiful cottage is located in a prime location for all your winter activities! In the evening light up the fireplace and relax with a nice bottle of wine or hot coco!

Lying in the very heart of the Upper Laurentians, Nominingue is traversed by “Le P’tit Train du Nord” Linear Park, and is located just 30 minutes from Tremblant Resort, at the junction of Trans-Québec 63 and Provincial 319 snowmobile trails, near the Rouge-Matawin and Papineau-Labelle Wildlife Refuges.
You can park around 6 cars comfortably in the courtyard/ driveway.
The door has a code lock.

We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 3000$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.
A refundable security deposit for a minimum of 1500$, collected outside Airbnb, is required to protect both property and your stay; it ensures efficient resolution of potential claims, and, if no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.
**The property has air conditioning on the main floor, lower level is generally cool on its own in the evenings when the sun is away. If you are sensitive to heat, please request fans prior to booking.
The road leading to the property is not fully paved, if you arrive after sunset keep an eye out for wildlife. **

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.
The base price offered is for 6 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
