Holiday inn is a nice location. Property itself is retro and needs upgrading. Qualify if food is not the best compared to the other hotels ( I assume that is because they also offer all inclusive). A lot of the beach chairs are broken. Property is due for a major upgrade.

The Holiday Inn Aruba is in a great location, right on the beach with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and activities. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the beach area is one of the highlights of staying here. Rooms are comfortable enough, but the property overall is starting to show its age and could benefit from some updates and renovations to match the price point and expectations. While it offers convenience and a beautiful beachfront setting, improvements to the facilities would make the experience even better.

The hotel is in an excelent location. Numerous restaurants and shops near by. Also less than a mile walk to the butterfly farm. The pool looked nice even though I didn't use it. The beach was way much more beautiful. I didn't like that check in is at 4:00 and check out is at 11:00. Of course they hold your bags and give you full access to the hotel until your room is ready and after you check out. The breakfast buffet was good although the coffee was the worse that I have ever had. The hotel was a "little" dated but overall I enjoyed my stay. Bottom line is I would stay there again.

Resort is little dated but it’s still in great condition. Whole stuff is great, friendly, restaurants on premises are also great. On the premises you have 3 restaurants to choose from, Seabreaze $$$ right on the beach serving mainly seafood, DaVinci $$$ Italian restaurant, Agave $$ Mexican restaurant. Also there’s Coral restaurant serving breakfast buffet and I can highly recommend. 2 bars on the beach, I in the lobby having daily happy hours. Beach is beautiful, but be prepared they charge for the shade min $30/day. Pools are nice too. Overall great experience and definitely will consider it again.

The service there is terrible. The rooms are outdated. Housekeeping typical came to clean our room when we were preparing for our nightly outing; around 5:00. Our room did not get cleaned on three days, even after we were promised it would be cleaned after we departed for evening outings. The handle on the patio door was broken. This hotel is horrible! We will never stay there again!
