This was our second time staying at Holiday Inn. The first time was when me and my husband were without kids and the second time was a family vacation. I cannot emphasize how convenient the property is we chose to not take all inclusive because across the street from the hotel there’s restaurants and on the beach there is beach shacks to grab food. The hotel offers their food, which was very delicious. The rooms could be a little bit more updated the carpets that they have throughout the hallways. Have a weird smell to them but that’s something you could look past. No matter what hotel room you are you have a parcel view of the ocean, which is beautiful. The staff is super friendly, always helpful. We will definitely be coming back for sure.

Had a great time... beautiful view from room, bar, food choices very good. can walk to a lot of places.. Great location.. Overall a great stay... but it needs some upkeep.. carpets are like retro 90's.. you can see the wear at every door entrance to rooms.. lobby, property, pool all excellent.. very happy overall

Our ground floor room flooded after a storm ruined clothes and food we had brought. Management would not make any accommodation for this loss and for the inconvenience. We checked out after one day. Moved next door to the Marriot Resort and had a very good time.

People are friendly; stayed before. Ate at Sea Breeze Restaurant and serve was poor; food delayed coming out; had breakfast package and it was good service and lots of options for all individuals. Stay away from EMP services skin services in the lobby area across from jewelry store. Bait and switch sales antics; felt I was in a time share presentation with my mother. Safe and services friendly; exercises equipment needs updating. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

We really liked how close we were to everything but when you become ill and cannot leave the resort dinning is limited I really don’t think it’s necessary to close the main bar for a wedding Our room was great except for the telephone It was old and didn’t work well Holiday in needs to move to online reservations etc for meals

The property is in a great location and the beach and pools are awesome. The property is a bit old, but very clean and the staff are great. We have been going there for years. Good restaurants, shops, and casinos are all within walking distance as well and as a mall and theater. The price is reasonable. Would definitely recommend it,
