We stayed 8 days. Associates were fun professional knowledgeable and very helpful. Rooms could use an update but overall the property is great. Multiple pools multiple restaurants situated on a massive beach 😎 we will definitely return to Holiday Inn Aruba

The sea tower section of this resort smells like pure garbage and urine. There were only water fountains outside, nothing indoors. The hotel should have provided at least one or two water bottles. The breakfast tasted awful. The beach/pool chairs were outdated, broken and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were so small. Very disappointed with the entire experience. Won’t stay here again. Staff was great though.

If you are thinking of booking a stay with Holiday Inn, please DON’T. Save your money, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. I booked a 5 night stay for my family and it left a lot to be desired. When we arrived the hotel lobby looked decent so we remained optimistic. The attendant who checked us in was nice and very professional. When we asked him about adding the all-inclusive option he actually talked us out of it which I appreciated his honesty about it. When we got to our room we were highly disappointed. The room was really outdated, smelled of mildew, dingy, and just outright gross. In our room there was awful patchwork done from what we assumed was water damage. The dresser drawers smelled musty so we didn’t use them in fear it would make our clothes smell as well. The sliding glass door to our balcony would stick and it was extremely hard for us to open. We tried not to let the room get us too down so we headed to the beach. Hate to say but the beach was just as bad. Cigarette butts everywhere, not clean at all, broken and weathered beach chairs, just an overall let down. It was very clear Holiday Inn does not maintain their portion of their beachfront property when other hotels in the area do. Drinks are made with cheap liquor. The only thing this hotel has going for it is it’s location. Restaurants/bars/shops are walking distance. Everything else is trash. I regret booking here. Please do your research before giving this place a thought.

The rooms needed updating and the air conditioning never felt like it got cold enough in the rooms. The dining options around the property left much to be desired and most was not Arabian food but international flavors. The beach, ocean and restaurants on the hotel property was excellent

The beach was amazing. Restaurants around the hotel were wonderful. Only problem is the pool chairs get taken by people putting towels on the chairs and not showing up for hours to use them so it is difficult to get a chair by the pool with shade. This should be stopped by the hotel.

Great selection in breakfast- omelette station, bacon, waffles, potatoes, yogart, fruit, bread, cereal, pastries and they even had some limited gluten free options. Bed was comfortable. Pool and beach was nice. If you want to stay under the beach umbrella hut have to pay but they do have regular beach umbrellas for free. Drinkable water at the water stations. Just need a bottle to refill. Close to stores and restaurants. Only issue was staying at the sea tower exterior room where just 10mins walk there a beach bar that plays loud music until almost 2am. Had to put on sound machine to drown out the music to be able to sleep. Might not be able to hear the loud music from other rooms. Besides that overall stay was great!
