Great location. Staff was also very friendly. Only complaints were the noise on Tuesday night. There was loud music outside due to a wedding which made it hard to sleep. Also we were told children eat free but were charged one night for our children’s meals. Upon inquiry we were told meals are only free when an adult meal is also ordered. The manager on duty stated he was going to look into it for us. If hotel ends up applying a credit we will consider staying there again.

Room was okay at best - clean but noisy. They refused any upgrade due to the fact we booked through Expedia & not directly through them. We asked for our AC to be checked but they did not respond to it. Front desk staff had an attitude with even minor requests again stating we booked through Expedia - example late check out, towel card, key to bathroom when we arrived before check in time direct from airport, food adequate compared to prior visits here. Every request was an upcharge - example more salsa for quesadillas when they only gave a half full cup.

Thought I booked an ocean front room, but it was “resort view” and it over looked the parking lot. Light switch for bathroom outside the bathroom. Unable to go from floor to floor via outside stairs, had to wait for elevator every time. Booked rooms together for our family and they were on different floors, asked to get adjoining rooms at check in and they were unable to accommodate.
