Staff was very friendly. Was a bit odd room service was arojnd 4-5pm. Hotel is on a busy street with not much space to turn into the parking lot. Breakfast had limit options having only cereal and bagels.

The room was clean and we were happy with our reservation. I called about checking in an hour early and the person on the phone seemed annoyed but told me check-in was at three so it would be fine. I arrived at that time and was told the room wasn't ready until four.
