My second stay here and it was even better than the first. Check in was smooth, the dining area was awesome. If there is a down side it’s that busy street in front of the hotel.

One nut in Delta hotel Virginia Beach
I stayed for one night with my family but I don’t understand why they posted two different charges on my account which is $372 for 12/20/2024 and $472 for 12/21/24 which I didn’t use the room for two days am not happy at all and I don’t advise anyone to use this hotel in this case . I need my money back. No room service there is no free breakfast served. The parking is so expensive.

Bedroom not fitting what I booked. :-(
I booked a room with kitchenette, that i picked for this reason only. When I got there, people at the desk explain me That they don’t have such rooms ( but it’s was written kitchenette + a pic of a kitchen on the room I booked). They give me A standard room instead. I try to insist saying it’s not possible like this and that I need this kitchenette. They answered me that the problem was coming from the hotel.com website because they don’t have such bedrooms… So very deceived because the kitchenette was the most important criteria of my booking… then I moved somewhere else, but my booking was already paid. So very disappointed and deceived. Hope you can get me something for this very bad experience.

Nice place to stay while visiting family in Va Beach. My only complaint is that the room was very dark. Two dim bedside lights and a small desk light. Other than that it was fine. We were only there for 12 hours so did not use any dining options.

the Delta was well located to the Bay Tunnel and Bubbas Seafood. We met with a family that love the restaurant that was celebrating a milestone birthday. The staff was super and seemed to enjoy themselves. I would highly recommend the Delta fro the comfortable atmosphere and the non busy environment.

Hotel was amazing. Love the 2nd floor coffee shop and cozy seating. but the $30 to park your own car in the park deck was ridiculous, you are are already paying alot for this hotel which its worth that but not the park fee and then taxing the parking fee
