My state was amazing. We did have a hiccup at the beginning because I did book the room through Hotels.com. The lady at the desk couldn’t figure out how to get me my room because I went through a third-party so that took about 30 to 45 minutes, but they were very nice about it and I understood it wasn’t their fault so I wasn’t upset. Amazing customer service.

Poor experience
Issues that I had: the heat kept blowing out cool air so my whole stay was in a freezing room, the door lock kept getting jammed and I had to remember to un-jam it each time, the hotel ran out of room temp bottle water so I had to leave the property to buy some to make my son a bottle, the wash clothes had pubic hair on them, housekeeping never cleaned my room.

This is our go to place when visiting family in the area. The staff are friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and professional. Of particular note in our last 2 visits is the food service staff member Ashley. It is apparent that she takes great pride in providing good food with care and compassion towards all. We’ve witness her several times helping parents with their children, and others in need of assistance. Her staff follows suit in providing the same level of service and care. My one and only complaint is that smoking is permitted in the outdoor spaces of the property. This has many times prevented us from fully enjoying the lovely outdoor space and areas.
