Hotel was busy on a weekend night . A large crowd of children aged 7-14 bday party and only 1 adult overseeing. Overall kids were mostly safe and respectful however the lobby area, swimming pool area , workout rooms , restroom ( in pool area and lobby) all were very dirty. Dirty towels everywhere. The room we stayed in was in none better shaped as the dishes were not well stocked in the mini kitchen, appliances were visibly dirty , hand / finger marks everywhere The hotel seems to lack proper staff and cleaning management team. I feel that this hotel has potential to be much better We loved that it is a pet friendly hotel with cute dog bowel and doggie treats . A really fun putting gree. Outside with corn hole too. Hot tub and pool clean and working Front house staff friendly Again my overall take on this property is a overhaul with the cleaning management team of this hotel is needed.

We had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. We had booked for the four of us (two adults two kids) but there was no bedding for the pull out provided. The coffee creamer was curdled solid. The refrigerator was dirty. The breakfast was great! The king bed was comfortable.

I love the quiet rooms and how spacious they are! The breakfast was great all week and the cookies at night were a plus. Don’t love the slow elevator or service request i had to make that was addressed 8 hours later.

Great Home Base
Very nice hotel! Staff was friendly and food was good. Sofa bed mattress had a big stain on it but the rest of the room was clean. Little bit of road noise from the highway.

So much more than I expected!! The pool is perfect and it was lit up blue/purple at night. The shower was to die for. There was always someone at the desk. Huge tv. Great parking. Nice size room. I'll stay here again!

Night shift front desk clerk in a car in front and even went back to the car after finally getting out to do their job. Worse stating “I don’t know what you want me to do.” Biggest balls ever. Like if it was her last night at work anyways. Of course the guy in the car with her never even looked up from his phone. Strangest and rudest situation at 3 am.
