Welcome to our cozy and recently renovated cottage, in the heart of urban North Augusta alongside Riverview Park. Tucked away from the road, and surrounded by beautiful oak trees it often attracts visits from graceful deer, drawn to the peaceful ambiance of early mornings and serene evenings.
Conveniently near downtown, the Cyber Center, Downtown Augusta, and the Medical District, our cottage offers a blend of local attractions and a tranquil escape. Discover the best of both worlds with us!

Accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with pristine linens and cozy queen-size memory foam mattresses to enjoy a good night of sleep!. 1 shared bathroom, Dining area, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, beautiful backyard, and plenty of parking.
Convenient breakfast Station in the kitchen with microwave, Coffee Maker, Hot Water Kettle, Blender, Toaster, Sandwich Grill, and Waffle Maker.
• 1 Coffee, Tea, and Water Welcome kit will be provided.

The house was clean, lots of little amenities very helpful. Shower was great with good water pressure. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Small back deck to sit at and if you are very quiet deer come to visit. Usually early morning or at dusk. Small private back yard with table for 4. bprivate back yards

Conference Stay
I selected this property for its proximity to downtown Augusta for a conference. The location and accommodations were fine. The only issue I had was the owner requested I keep the thermostat at 75 or higher to save the AC. It was over 90° both days, and I thought it was ridiculous to make that request. You either have AC or you don't.

The property was very well taken care of and clean! My daughter especially liked the deer that would come to visit in the evenings, though she kept calling them goats for some reason! We would definitely recommend!

Perfect in every way
From check in to check out, every thing was perfect. Stayed here because or house is being renovated. Beautiful house on a wonderful property. Tons of little extras for us to enjoy. Clean and up to date. The owner was responsive and was able to accommodate our requests for a little longer stay. The perfect home away from home.
