Compare Hotels with Parking in North Augusta

All staff was nice and helpful. Facilities were nice. Enjoyed our stay.

When I got the the hotel, the clerk told me that they had no record of Hotels.com sharing any records that I had to cancel and reschedule dates of my stay. Clerk said try calling them first. Well good luck finding an 1-800 number anywhere on the website!!! I had to Google search just to find one!!! Once I got a hold of someone and explained the situation- not only was she rude as F**K, but constantly kept putting me on hold so she didn’t have to talk to me. At one point I even ask the clerk to speak with her and she was equally just as nasty. So then she puts me on a 20 minute hold to connect me to someone else. Keep in mind I’ve been here almost 45 minutes waiting on Hotels.com to give me something! So EVENTUALLY we get transferred and the girl ultimately said “oh it looks like our system had an error occur…..” on somehow the clerk kept clicking on stuff and it finally went through and she said thanks but you ain’t any help! So Deyh at the front desk was the ONLY person who did everything she could to get me into a room. So THANK YOU BEST WESTEN PLUS! THANK YOU DEYH!!! Hotels.com YALL ARE SOME CROOKS AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOD AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was the absolute best ever in my experiences. The breakfast bar could not have been better. My wife and I were really made to feel at home and I would recommend this property to anyone going to the north Augusta and Augusta area.

We visited Augusta to attend the funeral of a family friend and were fortunate to discover the LookAway Inn. This beautiful historic home exudes southern charm, making it a perfect retreat during a difficult time. The lobby is elegantly designed, capturing the essence of southern hospitality, while our rooms were impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable. The innkeeper, John, truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Knowing we arrived early for the funeral, he graciously arranged for us to change comfortably before heading out. After spending the day with friends, we returned to the inn for a delicious breakfast that was the perfect start to our day. The location of the inn is not only convenient but also offers stunning views. We took a lovely stroll to the waterfront for dinner, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend the LookAway Inn for anyone seeking a charming and accommodating place to stay in Augusta.

I like that we could eat there and didn’t have to go anywhere to find something to eat .
