The reception staff are very bad and the restaurant is also bad and the waiting time is two hours for breakfast! Some of the restaurant staff treat the visitors in a worse way. I had a question to the reception and I was answered in a completely impolite manner.

This hotel is beautiful. We had an amazing view overlooking the Hudson River and NYC. The room was very spacious and clean. Check in was seamless and the staff was helpful. We chose the breakfast parking add-on through Expedia and it was a spectacular deal. The parking was valued at $35 and the breakfast for 4 was valued at $100. There was a full service breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and FAR beyond the typical continental hotel breakfast. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Arrival was great, we got to check in earlier than expected. For the price of this room I would expect better. Our air conditioner did not work and they had to set it to “manual” and made noise all night long. The room had a not so nice odor. Like I said for the price, not worth it.

The property is in an excellent location. The staff was very friendly and kind. The morning breakfast was amazing! We want to especially recognize our waiter, Jorge. The views are beautiful, right on the water! We would highly recommend and will definitely go back!
