No so happy customer.
The front desk refused to give me a printed receipt when we checked out, saying that we would receive an email receipt, which we have not received, 8+ hours after our 10:00AM checkout today. When we returned to the hotel after being out, we always had to go back to the main lobby entrance and then walk back to our room, even though there were doors very near our rooms that in the past were used for outside entrance using our room card. Very annoying!!

Lobby was the only nice area. The rest of the hotel was dated and smelled stale. No real market/pantry to purchase drinks/snacks. Wouldn't stay here again, better off going somewhere with continental breakfast for the price you pay.

Wyndham is our owners so of course we choose Wyndham for our stay. We loved hotel although when we got in our room it smelled like it was a smoking room? But other than that, Michael was a lifesaver! Other staff was so professional, polite & welcoming! We will definitely return in future! Thank u!
