The property was great for our needs but I would expect to have Netflix or similar. Property managers gave us the wrong garage entry key so we couldn't access the basement. They gave us another unit but it was unfortunate that this mix-up occurred. The garage remote was damaged so it didn't always work. Garage was separate from front door which made unloading difficult.
Five stars for cleanliness. Modern property. Beds are a little too soft for us. Centralised aircon. Upstairs though are the bedrooms with a high flight of stairs, not recommended for families with very little kids or babies.
One area of the master bedroom where we stayed at creaks when you walk. Our dishwasher doesn't wash properly as it uses powder instead of pods. The bin was not cleaned properly, still has food scraps in it. No soap supplied.
However, this property is still recommended and will still definitely stay here again. Negative feedbacks are just for improvement sake.

Only issue was that there was no AC in bedrooms.
Property was great, but had to pick up the keys at a different property and then found out we had to pack up and leave early as our apartment had been double booked.

Was a little difficult to find at night in the dark, and you need to pick up the keys from a different location (5min drive away), but the apartment was excellent.
Very clean & comfortable with onsite parking in a shared parking garage.
Reception was at a different suburb. There was suppose to be a text explaining this but I never received it so the Uber dropped me off then I had to get another to take me to the reception, then another to take me back. No apology was offered. My room wasn’t ready so they scrambled to find some place for me to stay. They didn’t seem familiar with the hotel either.
Once we were inside, lthe accommodation was lovely but there are no shops around. There was tea and coffee sachets but no milk provided.
Place was near transport stops. It was soacious and had the amenities described.
Only downside was you have to checkin in a place different from where the place is. Same with checkout. It was inconvenient to stop in the pickup dropoff point for the key of the place.
It was really clean and accomodation itself is alright but the main reason for this bad review is that the amenities inside were not as listed on the site and tbh one of the customer service people was not very sympathetic over the phone.
There was both no wifi (and no advance notice or really much help to this, the guy even told me to go to Hungry Jacks and use the wifi which frankly made me quite annoyed, that or use my own data - but the accommodation CLAIMS to have free wifi) and no hairdryer (this was okay, I called the line and whoever dealt with this was nice and dropped the hairdryer off outside the flat, and someone called later to check that it had arrived) and the check-in process was a bit confusing (the email I got showed a different address to where I actually stayed?).
Honestly it's fine if you do not have wifi (engineer away) but the consumer should know in advance because obviously it could have influenced where they chose to stay (also the site did claim to have a hairdryer too, property did not have one).
Also whoever stays here remember to bring shampoo, body wash etc. they only had soap.
