Situated on the first floor for maximum convenience, our home boasts an open layout that effortlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, allowing for easy interaction. With three bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-sized bed and two additional queen beds, there is ample sleeping space for everyone. Two full bathrooms ensure that morning routines are a breeze.

Guest Access:
**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the ground floor.
*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Charcoal grills by pool area.
*Washer/Dryer in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking spaces located in front of the unit, no additional spaces available.
*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of rare unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
**PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE CURRENTLY REPLACING THE ROOFS ON THE BUILDING IN THIS COMMUNITY. GUEST MAY EXPERIENCE NOISE DURING WORKING HOURS.**

House Rules
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

CHECK-IN IS 4:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT IS 10:00 A.M. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Minimum Renter age 25. No Early Check-In or Late Check-Out.
