Beautiful Beach Bungalow - fully remodeled, floor to ceiling with the utmost attention to detail. Private home located on a neighborhood side street, the heart of the Crescent Beach section -- just three blocks to the water by bike or golf cart. The owner has thoughtfully updated this perfect family home into an extravagant vacation retreat. New ceramic tile floors throughout, updated bedroom & family room furnishings, new bedding, including mattresses, fresh paint, granite counters for kitchen & baths, new cabinetry, new modern stainless appliancesm. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with the essentials for family meals including, dishware, cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.

The Master bedroom (Queen), with beautiful, comfortable furnishings and double wide his/hers closets. Private bath remodeled with new granite vanity, fixtures, and flooring, shower stall surround (NO TUB). The guest rooms are freshly furnished with the perfect beach touches. One guest room (2 Twins) the other (Queen) both with nice large windows to let the sunshine in. Two guest rooms can share either the remodeled hall bath - with new marble floors, built-in cabinetry, granite vanity and large tiled shower w/ bench seating (no tub) and adjustable hand held sprayer. Shared Hall Shower is "roll-in" for easy handicap access. The family tv room offers a hidden pull-out Murphy Bed (Queen) cabinet & allows sleeping for kids in the group. There is an additional remodeled half-bath just off the family room (w/Murphy bed). The owner gladly provides a high chair and pack-n-play for your little ones.

At the front entry, a cozy sitting room welcomes you with an electric fireplace for cool nights. Then, there is also a separate family room, nicely furnished with its own tv, to give everyone a little extra space. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and three stools for the breakfast bar. There is a large, walk-in laundry room, with full size W/D. FREE Wi-Fi is included. Your reservation includes bed & bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, & departure cleaning. Guests receive a "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper & paper towels) bath soaps, & dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.

There is parking for 5-6 vehicles in the driveway & a shared garage area for use of the owners golf cart & abundant beach supplies for the kids. There is basketball & corn hole, or take it easy in the hammock. Enjoy the front porch rocking chairs & swing or the open back deck that allows for great GRILLING (gas propane) & activity space. The kids can run & play. There is an outdoor shower (hot & cold water) for rinsing the sand. Conveniently, there is an easily accessible, extra (3rd) bathroom, within the garage, for outdoor access without tracking into the house.
Bike & Trailer Friendly (ONLY 4 BIKES TOTAL) -- NO LARGE GROUPS/PARTIES.

The quaint home is located on a great residential street in the heart of Crescent Beach, just 3 blocks to the water. Guests enjoy the use of golf cart for shuttling back & forth to the public beach access (about every block) & golf cart parking is a lot easier than the car. You can take a tour around town in the evenings for ice cream or mini-golf, both located just a block away at 17th Avenue. Garage is stocked - corn hole boards, a few bikes, beach chairs & umbrella for guest convenience.

The location the golf cart and the house was all top notch very peaceful and always something to do. I love this house the ladies at the check in was also very nice and welcoming . The beds will put you to sleep fast there so comfortable. The house has so many extras . You Will not be disappointed if you get this house. Only issue I had was that I couldn’t stay longer. Thank you for sharing your house with me and my family. Highly recommend

This property and they managing company are very very professional. The home was just as the pictures show. The location was great. My son and a family friend are both in wheelchairs and this home was very accessible. We had a wonderful vacation and would encourage folks who need accessible home to visit this property. Wonderful property in perfect location!

We had a fabulous stay at the Lowery House! The property was clean, well-maintained, and was as described. It was tastefully decorated and updated. We loved the front porch and having access to the golf cart. We could quickly get to the beach or drive to the restaurants and ice cream shop nearby. The neighborhood was safe and also in close proximity to Barefoot Landing. The property manager was helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would highly recommend this property and management company!

Cute cottage 4 blocks from the beach

This cottage is adorable!! We loved the porch and the golf cart that came with the cottage. We truly had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean. The only downside was that mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and need to be replaced so we didn't sleep well. We would stay again if the mattresses were replaced.

Ideal vacation property

We had a wonderful stay at the Lowry Beach House,the property was clean and well maintained, we had a couple of items needing attention and they were attended to within a short time. The beach was in walking distance 10 minutes but the golf cart made it so easy to take all we needed to beach. We highly recommend this property and the Owner Direct Rental agency. Thank you.

Our family of 6 (4 adults & 2 kids) had a fantastic vacation in this wonderful home. The setting is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is well kept and spacious with open rooms. Ocean/Beach is only a couple blocks away with easy parking for the golf cart. Lot's of attractions near by. A couple of things we didnt care for was the garbage policy. The garbage containers were full when we arrived. The house book gives certain days for garbage pick-up but a notice in the garage gives different days. The rental book didn't give us an actual address for the dumpster that we needed to drop our garbage off at on our last day. There was a lack of towels, paper towel and toilet paper at the rental when we arrived but the rental company provided extra's upon request.

Spectacular home!

This property is exactly as great as described and shown in the pictures. It was spotless when we checked in, and everything felt new and clean. The golf cart was a ton of fun and useful, and the beach was about a 2 minute golf cart ride. Several restaurants and shops are within golf cart distance. The neighborhood was very, very quiet (although the two closest houses seemed to be unoccupied while we were there, which probably helped). There are lots of outdoor games to play, including bocce, basketball, and cornhole. The hammock was great (when we first arrived we searched the yard for it before realizing it was rolled up in the garage). You’ll be happy with this rental!

Very nice house close to beach

This house is very nice - definitely has recently been upgraded and was done very well. 3 bedrooms as spacious, each with their own TV. Golf cart made going to beach (about 3-4 blocks away) very easy. They had everything you could need - big beach umbrella, beach chairs, bikes, games, sports equipment. We had a great stay.
