This 1 bedroom condo features a bedroom with two queen beds, one full bathroom, and a large living room with pull out sofa that can sleep 2 more people. In the living room is a full kitchen which has a stove, refrigerator, and cooking or relaxing in the living room you can also enjoy the lovely view of the ocean! The unit is very well appointed with wood floors and stainless steel appliances. This condo also has a TV with Cable and DVD hookups.

Excellent location and spectacular view of beach, ocean and pools.
Awesome communication with Brad, the owner. The view from the room was amazing. Beds were super comfortable and even the water pressure in the shower was great. We would stay again!

well i thought my stay was going to be amazing but when we showed up to the resort we were confused on what room we were in (we didn’t get a room number) so we asked for help and they searched for hours to find the right one then they finally found it and someone was already inside the room we booked! and i messaged the gentleman that rented it out to us and he didn’t answer long story short we ended up staying somewhere else for the duration of our stay because we were so tired after driving 6+ hrs to the beach resort we thought we booked. Overall don’t recommend and when i asked the gentleman for a refund he has proceeded to not answer me so i will be taking further action if i do not get a refund it seems like a scam!

Need to be more honest about faculty condition
Decent facility just would been nice if had been told the lazy river and one pool were closed under construction. Even after questioning if all elevators were in operation, could have been open an honest about the pools. You work hard to be able to take your kids on nice vacations and pick places because of their facility's. Room was fairly clean till pulling out the sleeper sofa which was stained and full sand, sent pics to owner with no response. Went to find sheets to put on it which was only a top sheet wadded up in the closet along with a blanket rolled into a ball, no pillowcase for it either. I'm not usually the kind to make reviews but i just feel other family's need to know before planning their trip.

Great Experience
We booked last minute 5 night stay. The place was exactly as advertised. The check on process was perfect for someone like me, I love contactless check in. The amenities of the resort were all accessible and explained in detail by the lister. The neighborhood is amazing, I woke up early and ran one street from the beach. Safe clean neighborhood. Directly across from Barefoot Landing. Great experience!

Please read regarding Host/Cleanliness.
I’ve always made a point to seek listings hosted by Bradly Nelson. And here is exactly why. After a few days in the room, my fiance spotted a tiny bug on the bed we were not using. We looked it up and google said it might be a bed bug. So we reached out to the host. He was at our room in 5 mins and turned out he agreed it probably was a baby bed bug. Without hesitation Brad, advised we vacate the room which was a pain but the right thing to do and in NO way the host fault. Brad’s concern was fumigating the room immediately before the situation got any worse and impact anyone else at the hotel. Despite us staying a few days, the host and I worked with VRBO to provide us a full refund. So, again, not the hosts fault but he was all over it. I’ve stayed with Big Fish rentals and had our room get flooded out and they did nothing to help. They tried to insist it was either our fault or we should stay in the room with soaked carpets and water dripping from the can lights in the ceiling…. Believe me when I say; a good host makes all the difference in the world.

The sight showed newly remodeled if that’s the case they still have work to do. The bathtub was dirty when we got there the toilet was loose no threshold going in bathroom! Only 1 elevator worked and doing renovation on other parts of condos. Only 1 mirror in the whole condo!! No extra garbage bags and only 1 roll of tissue paper! The curtains in the living area were dirty very noticeable!!

The location is excellent, checkin and parking are easy and the amenities are nice at the resort. Condo is not newly renovated. Toilet is lose and unstable, condo not deep cleaned in a while, dirty towels remained in bathroom vanity drawer. Shower very out dated, bathroom vent falling out of ceiling, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel containers broken and empty. Bathroom door threshold missing. Entryway has a hole in wall. Kitchen cupboards dirty, no oven just two burners, sink drained slowly due to large fake nail plugged in drain. I contacted host. He offered a full refund if we found another place. He offered housekeeping and maintenance during our stay. We sucked it up as it was our vacation time and we didn’t to be inconvenienced. I’m disappointed we didn’t get our housekeeping fee refunded as it clearly has not been cleaned in a while.

Booking this property was easy and the communication with the property management was timely and effective. Pros Property staff was friendly especially in restaurant Property had great views of beach Beds were clean and comfortable Very spacious it could have easily accommodated 6 people without being crowded Parking was easy and free Location was great lots of food and entertainment nearby. Cons Shower walls were not clean it had hair on it The property only had one working elevator so be sure not to wait until the last minute for check out especially on the weekend we waited 15 minutes for the elevator Sliding door would not open upon arrival to balcony but maintenance had that fixed within the hour. I would definitely book again !! The pros definitely outweighed the cons.

Good Value and Location
This property is in a good location on the beach and close to several dining options. The Beach Cove Resort was undergoing several facility updates to prepare for the spring and summer busy season. Overall, this was everything we needed and a good value for our stay.

Yes it was ocean view. Great view of the sunrise but you are also viewing the pools and other condos. When I say ocean view, personally I think of the room only facing the ocean
