Amazing!
We absolutely loved the location and the unit itself. Beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms had both been remodeled and were beautiful. The only bummer was that the washer/dryer had not been reinstalled.yet. We hope to come back!

Great stay on the Beach
This Condo was very nice and had a great view of the Ocean. The tub in the Master Bath didnt drain well and the washer water line was loud when it was filling. Other than that, this condo was great to stay at and I would recommend it to anyone with a family of four or less.

Great location
Great location for relaxing and convenient to whatever else you would like to do during the stay. Walking distance to many eateries. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the beach and ocean of course. Nice area of North Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful condo- great location
The condo is updated and beautiful. The furnishings were comfortable and very inviting. North Beach Reality was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Love the balcony.

Overall, this is a great place. It was clean, had just about everything you needed in the kitchen, great access to the beach and quiet. As others have said in reviews, there are a few small things that need some attention but didn’t interfere with our stay.

Beautiful Views
Beautiful views, easy beach access and close to restaurants/shopping. Downside sliding door in living room is extremely hard to open/close, shower knob in the main bathroom is very sensitive and very poor housekeeping. I had to spend the first few hour of my stay cleaning from someone else who stayed before us. Dirty shower, bar of soap with mold under in the shower, mold in the toilet,dirty dish cups,candy wrappers in the night stand drawer and pieces of toilet paper in the hallway. All which I sent pictures as well to property management and was told I would get a partial refund… when they said partial they meant “partial” ($100) very disappointed with this experience and hopefully the owner finds proper cleaning and a new property management company since the unit itself is quite nice.

Condo was nice and quiet. We liked the more family friendly vibe. The balcony door from the living room was hard to slide and the faucet in the master bath didn’t work properly. But besides that we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo as the location was great and the ocean view was amazing! The condo was right on the beach with easy access. The condo itself was nice but the master bedroom bathtub faucet was very finicky making it difficult to get a comfortable water temperature when taking a shower. The cleanliness of the condo was average, could be better.

Rather disappointing.
The pictures could not tell the whole story. The main issue was the general uncleanliness of the unit and certain things not working well namely bathroom and kitchen sink fixtures. The furniture was very old and pretty filthy, and the floors were also not clean. The hall closet was a Tangled, Sandy mess of a few functional and a few broken beach chairs along with cleaning supplies including vacuum just thrown into the Tangled mess. The only thing that was apparently clean were the Linens provided. When we called the management company to voice these concerns they literally said okay and hung up on us and that was that.

Not sure if the manager of the property use outside cleaning but they did horrible job. I had to go buy cleaning products. I felt nasty the whole time! The condo needs upgrading. The location was great easy to get in and out never waited on elevator. There were perks but with covid I felt like it should have been cleaned better!

Enjoyed the visit.
The location was wonderful and not overly crowded in this area. The room was OK. It was pretty clean but could use some deep cleaning. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned. The condo is older but comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Not far from a lot of activities and restaurants.

Great place to stay. Very clean and easily accessible. We did have trouble with the bath tub being clogged and the AC not working, but both issues were fixed very quickly. The only negative is the pool is cold even on warm days as it sits in a shaded area (between 2 tall buildings) It would be nice if it was warmed. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Sliding glass door does not lock, according to other reviews its been broken for months. Garbage under couch. The shower Handle on both showers are broken it took 15 minutes to figure out how to either turn the hot water on or the cold water on. The complex is nice this unit needs some repairs and updates and it could be nice again.

Great experience, fabulous location
The entire process was very easy, from booking to arrival instructions. The location is in a fabulous spot. Ocean front, 5th floor in a fairly quiet area, yet close to everything. One thing I would recommend is to have the rugs updated. They seem outdated, just as the curtains and bed spread. Everything was clean and in order, with a nice modern kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone

Beach review
I do not want to bash this property and hope it can be used as constructive criticism, but definitely had issues. I picked up package with keys. When I arrived at Spinnaker, I realized that I had to unlock door to elevators, hold onto key, open very heavy door while managing my suitcase. Upon arriving, same situation with condo door, but a little easier. Doors are much too heavy. Cleaning team was leaving. I am sure they had cleaned as they were required. However, I took pictures of the corners of bathroom. They definitely needed major attention and I would be happy to share them with you along with one of cold air return covered with dust. The guest room shower faucet needs to be replaced. Very hard to operate. A soap dish in bath would be nice. The television in guest bedroom did not function. A call to management sent someone right away. Had to replace remote and it didn’t finish programming until Saturday. All televisions were very small. The bed in guest was an outdated mattress with thick topper. No ice upon arrival, not even in trays. Able to remedy within a few hours. The kitchen seemed very well stocked although we did not do any cooking. The view of ocean is awesome. Balcony was small and door to balcony was broken and very hard to operate. The jacuzzi tub was old and jets looked moldy. I was not told that pool would not be open and that construction on building was quite noisy. I think that for a cost of almost $1000. With fees for 3 nights, it should have been better. Actually, I think a partial refund would be in order. Would appreciate hearing from you.
