Very neat, clean, perfect , cute getaway!! Great oceanfront condo on the 10th floor! Great balcony as well as 2 skylights in living room! Has everything you would need for a fun stay! Plenty of amazing golf courses in the area( for the guys) and sandcastles with a book on the beach for the gals with mimosas! A definite must stay!

Great getaway!

Great location that was right on the sandy beach. The condo was all that we expected and more. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had anything you would need -pots, pans, utensils, knives, coffee maker, etc. As a plus. there is a full size washer and dryer! The property is also spotless and well maintained inside and out. The condo is also near many restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues. Overall, this condo is one the we would most definitely return to.

Condo was everything and more. It was perfect for the two of us. It had everything you needed for a great stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Full size washer/dryer is a huge plus. Mother/ daughter retreat

Upon arriving, my daughter and I had a problem with the PIN to open the front door. It was evening, on a Monday, and I really didn't think I'd get an answer, but I called the owner. Randy answered on the first ring! He was friendly and efficient, and had us all fixed up in minutes. The condo itself is an older building. Some of the furnishings are older and worn. Let's face it, this condo is a REALLY good price for this location and this time of year. If you're looking for the Taj Mahal, you're gonna need a bigger budget. That being said, this place is cozy and couldn't have been cleaner. Some furniture is worn, there are marks on some walls, and the sliding glass door doesn't lock properly (but it does lock). But it all functions. It reminds me of home! No bugs. No dirt and grime. I walked around in white socks and they're still white! Rules and important info was posted on the fridge. Had a great view from the top floor! The front door opens into the bedroom, which leads into the kitchen. There is no door. This was not a problem for us, but it may be for some. The skylights are so cool! Especially when it rains! I will definitely look up these owners again on future trips to North Myrtle Beach! Thank you, Randy and Debbie, for such a sweet, comfy, and clean place to stay!
