I’ll be back!!
It was wonderful. All staff were great and friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Will be staying there again. Everything was walkable from the hotel. Valet staff were very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay at a Bad Time
Stayed at hotel when the power went out at our home during a storm. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room unlike some others that were extremely overpriced because of the storm was at least in the realm of reality and good value for the price!

The hotel it self is great, very kind and accommodating staff. It seems like Cleveland in general does not offer a selection of dinnign options. Its very quiet, no dinning options after 10 PM. The hotel has a spa that was never opened and the restaurant options for breakfast are limited and very average.

This is a beautiful building and a great location. The bed was old and broken from too much use. The bed had large soft divots that make it terrible to sleep. The room was clean, but the room could have used some updates. All of the shopping and restaurants (besides the Hyatt restaurant) were closed down, so the idea of the hotel being in the arcade kind of losing its appeal.
