The staff is not friendly atall. Gave a very hard time at checkin. Renovations going on at the property when asked to give a room that’s away from it the staff literally said I’m delusional to think there’s renovations going on. Never staying here again.

J'avais réservé une chambre exécutive, ça ressemblait plus à une chambre de dernier recours, mieux vaut ça que de coucher dehors. Très inconfortable: base de lit en palette, store qui ne ferme pas, tapisserie décollée. C'est la première fois que je fais un commentaire négatif sur plus de 50 réservations. J'ai bien vu qu'il y avait des chambres rénovées. Alors j'ai dit à la réceptionniste: "j'ai réservé une chambre exécutive" elle a répondu "ce sont nos chambres exécutive." Je ne voulais pas payer cher vu que nous ne faisions que passer, well ceci ne devrait jamais être affiché.
