Overall a very good hotel. Exterior could use a little facelift but interior very nice. Made the mistake of staying right next to lobby. Got a little noisy with guests coming in & out. Would stay there again. Only 7 minutes away from Foxwoods Casino & close to highway.

Terrible birthday celebration!

We checked in on the 22nd of August. The lady that handled our check in was rude and short. We had 2 rooms 151 and 153. Room 153 had an awful smell like mildew I immediately called Hotels.com and requested a refund cancelation the gentleman I spoke to put me on hold and told me he will call the front desk. He returned to speak to me and told me he could not get in contact with anyone at front desk but he would file a report. He also told me to check out of room 153 immediately and report to staff why I was dissatisfied with the room. I followed his instructions and returned keys and kept one room. I still got charged $294 dollars for a room I didn't use. On top of it all the birthday girl got to sleep in a bed alone while I shared a bed with my other friend. The birthday girl noticed some small pin point bites in her lower legs as I examined them they were bed bug bites. I was so upset and disappointed of our experience at Bellisimo Grande. I will never stay there again and will tell my friends about my experience. I hope that someone reads this and reaches out.

Close to casino

This hotel is fine if your just looking for an option that is close to the casino. Pool is very small, rooms are pretty outdated so if your looking for something more modern this may not be it. On site dining/bar small coffee shop and sundries with an on Site spa as well. Shuttle to foxwoods also, the hours seem limited during the week. I stay here because i like the jet tub suites.

Nice hotel for a couples weekend

The Bellissimo hotel is a great place for a couple's weekend. We had a king room with a spa tub that was fun. The hotel itself was not constructed properly, and you can hear every footstep from guests staying in the rooms above you, so I recommend staying on the 3rd floor.

Great Value for the Cost

The service was amazing, and the room was clean and spacious. There was more than enough space for the family. The room could stand to have some upgrades, but I would definitely stay there again!
