Still our go to hotel, but disappointed!
We have been coming here for a few years just as a night to get away and relax and it always great…. What started of great ended in disappointment. 130 am third floor party rooms were alittle too loud til 430-5am!! And to top it off the mouse in the ceiling above our room was going to town building a 4th floor!! We did not get much sleep and were tempted to check out at 330 am! This is still our fave hotel but just dissatisfied with this stay and hotel should be checking floors at night after their policy of noise after midnight! Wish I could link videos of the noice and mouse.

Was ok- think this will be our last time
From 12:30-3:30am- hallway was filled with drunk loud folks- very noisy. Surprised that you would charge for early checkin, room service and late checkout- seems like everything was extra that used to be standard. Shower and TV were too small. Shuttle only starts at 5:00. We ended up having to take a Lyft to get to Foxwoods for our event at 2:00.

Very nice lobby, rooms, etc. The noise is ridiculous. Fridge is near the bed and keeps going on and off. The heater does the same. The bed makes alot of noise. You hear people waling above. Loud guests in the hallway at all hours 2am, 3am, 4am . The interior walls must have insulation or sound proofing at all.
