Airport pick up at 1100 oclock cost a $35.00 they said they will pick up from O'Hara Airport at 3:00 but that was at 4:00. The management said it was traffice issues but they only 9 mins away. Sure . 5hours from flight to ill room. Not great service at all

Avoid - a very run down hotel and 6 seat shuttle
A very run down hotel, never Best Western Plus standard Most critically, the hotel “shuttle” is not a shuttle bus. It is a 6 seated small SUV and can take only a few passengers plus bags at a time. Which is useless if traveling in a group Avoid, plenty of better options around O’Hare

Great for overnight stay which is close to the airport with free parking. We left too early for breakfast but that’s a saving also. We drove to get takeaway pizza from Little Caesars, which was delicious & far cheaper than delivery/eating out. No hairdryer in the room but may have been missing. Bed was comfy & room spacious.

Most importantly, as soon as I walked into this hotel, the chemical smell from a cleaner was way too powerful. There was a large mop, bucket, right to the right of the front door unattended. I’m an asthmatic, and I was struggling from having an issue due to the odor. The odor in the room wasn’t as strong, but it was the same chemical smell. It bothered me while I tried to sleep. And as far as the rooms go, they need a facelift. I’m not sure, it’s probably just me, but the colors were very depressing.
