Service was very friendly. The room spacious only issue was the shower. Not much pressure, took a long time to rinse shampoo/conditioner off my hair. But would come again.
The hotel looks so modern, clean and of high quality. The room was spotless and comfortable. There was so much choice of good quality breakfast items which was delicious.
All staff were very professiobal and made check in and check out very easy.
Great hotel. Great location.
The hotel was lovely and clean, plenty of parking. We were attending a wedding and the hotel was ideally located. The check in and restaurant staff were brilliant.
On the downside, the drinks at the bar were expensive and one member of the bar staff could do with taking some customer service lessons from the check in staff. Otherwise we were happy with very happy with our stay and would recommend.

A good hotel close to the David Ross centre. Room could be improved by adding a mirror for ladies to do their make up and a small fridge to keep things cool in the room.
