A lovely, modern hotel. We used the small hotel gym, and only realised afterwards that we could have made use of the university facilities over the road. Breakfast was included and was excellent.

The room was fine for the price point and the breakfast in the morning had a nice variety of foods. Downsides were its located in the grounds of the university which made finding it a bit confusing. Also during check in I was ignored when a second staff member came to the front desk over an older gentleman.

It is the beautiful grounds that set this hotel apart. The building itself is lovely: modern relaxing lobby, rooms have high ceilings. This hotel is often one of the cheapest, but even when its not, its worth some extra.
