The 60 m2 accommodation, classified 3 stars, is made up of a living room with 2 twin beds, television, DVD player, USB, stereo, closed fireplace. Kitchen, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee makers (filters and Tassimo).
Upstairs: bathroom. W. C. freelancers. Dressing room (hair dryer, table and iron). Bedroom with air conditioner, large 180x200 bed (2 twin beds of 90).
Communicating with the living room, an old workshop has been transformed into a living room or winter garden depending on the season, it is equipped with a garden furniture with a heated parasol, an electric barbecue and a ping-pong table. -pong.
The courtyard is closed and gives access to the old workshop, the garage and the garden
In the garden you have an arbor with a garden furniture, a 2 sun loungers and charcoal barbecue.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la Bourgogne
La maison est bien équipée et la chambre est climatisée. Il y a une très grande pièce à vivre. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et soucieux que le séjour se passe bien, contact facile. Dans l'entourage de cette maison il y a des chateaux à visiter ainsi que le musée des vins de Chablis et le muséoparc d'Alésia (bataille Vercingétorix et César). Aussi le canal de Bourgogne, à faire en bateau ou à vélo qu'on peut louer dans plusieurs villages (offices de tourisme).

Superbe découverte !
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans une région qui nous était inconnue et qui mérite grandement de l’être, accueil très agréable et chaleureux de Marie-Madeleine et Guy dont les conseils nous ont permis de découvrir des endroits superbes.Leur gîte est très confortable et fonctionnel (Atelier jardin d’hiver superbe !).Encore une fois merci pour ces moments de convivialité.
