Hotel is on side of island that is very chill and relax so to go into town must call taxi. Ride is about 30-40 min. Staff does great job of arranging taxi

Riu Jambo had all amenities and activities that I did not feel the need to leave the hotel to book excursions outside. Very convenient, friendly staff, helpful. Mini bar in the room was excellent.

Had a great time-beautiful views, excellent service, great food options. The only problem was the construction site that was very noisy mainly in the mornings when you wanted to sleep in.......so we had to upgrade (pay more) to be moved to a different side.Otherwise everything else was GREAT!!!!

The hotel was amazing. Food options were plentiful. Staff was so wonderful. Everyone kept asking if we needed anything. Had different activities. Beach was beautiful. Would absolutely recommend. Make reservations for the special restaurants days in advance as they book up quick!

All restaurants needs reservations three days ahead. Meaning you only eat at buffet if you don’t have reservations. Weird closing times. It was times nothing was open in the middle of the day . I think this place need more OPEN food choices

Alles was perfekt bis auf die rüpelige Zugangsstraße zum Resort. Es waren keine Schlaglöcher, es waren Seen die man überqueren musste um mit einem Taxi zum Resort zu kommen.

Great stay, brilliant team, really enjoyable
We had a lovely stay at the hotel and really enjoyed it from the first to last minute even though the weather was not amazing. The service was very good and the food and drinks were all great. We managed to get a booking in the Asian restaurant and celebrated by fathers 70th birthday. Really impressed with the hotel and the team and will be back in the future.
